– Membersihkan vagina dengan cara membasuh
bagian di antara vulva (bibir vagina) secara
hati-hati menggunakan air bersih dan sabun
yang lembut setiap habis buang air kecil, buang
air besar dan ketika mandi. Cara membasuh
yang benar adalah dari arah depan (vagina) ke
belakang (anus), jangan terbalik, karena akan
menyebabkan bakteri yang ada di sekitar anus
terbawa masuk ke vagina.
– Kebersihan daerah kewanitaan juga bisa
dijaga dengan sering mengganti pakaian dalam,
minimal sehari dua kali di saat mandi. – Pada saat haid, gunakan pembalut berbahan
yang lembut, menyerap dengan baik, tidak
mengandung bahan yang bisa membuat alergi
(misalnya parfum atau gel) – Selalu mencuci tangan sebelum menyentuh
vagina.
– Hindari menggunakan handuk atau washlap
milik orang lain untuk
mengeringkan vagina – Hindari celana ketat dan ganti pakaian segera
setelah berolahraga.
– Mencukur sebagian dari rambut kemaluan
untuk menghindari kelembaban yang berlebihan
di daerah vagina.
– Jika mengalami keputihan berupa cairan
berwarna, berbau, bahkan mulai menimbulkan
keluhan yang mengganggu seperti gatal dan
rasa terbakar pada kemaluan, segera
periksakan ke dokter.
Apabila benar ditemukan adanya infeksi, dokter
akan memberikan terapi antikuman yang
disesuaikan dengan kuman penyebabnya.
Keputihan akibat infeksi yang tidak tuntas
diobati dapat menyebabkan terjadinya
perluasan dari infeksi dan menimbulkan
beberapa penyakit
lain seperti : infeksi saluran kemih, radang
panggul, dan lain-lain. Penyakit-penyakit
tersebut dapat berdampak pada kesuburan di

Is this person throwing a #lightning #bolt ? No. Despite appearances, this #person is actually pointing in the direction of a #bright #Iridium #flare, a momentary reflection of #sunlight off of acommunications #satellite in orbit around the #Earth. As the Iridium satellite orbits, reflective antennas became aligned between the observer and the #Sun to create a flash brighter than any #star in the night sky.Iridium flares typically last several seconds, longer than most #meteors . Also unlike meteors, the flares are symmetric and predictable. The featured flare involved Iridium satellite 15 and occurred over #southern #Estonia in #September 2015. In this well-planned image, a spectacular night sky appears in the background, complete with the central band of our #Milkyway #Galaxy running vertically up the image center.

The Omega Speedmaster Apollo 13 Silver Snoopy Award aka „Snoopy“

Limited to only 1970 made world-wide, and 1 of very few (3 to my knowledge) that came to South Africa. The „Snoopy“ is a tribute to the 45th anniversary of the Apollo 13 misson and the Silver Snoopy award that was awarded to Omega by the astronauts upon their safe return back to Earth.
With a luminescent Snoopy in the seconds sub-dial with the thought: „Failure is not an option“, the question: „What could you do in 14 seconds?“ inscribed on the dial, and a 925 silver and enamel Snoopy medallion caseback allows this watch to not only tell the time, but to tell a story of Omega’s role in space exploration and highlights NASA’s link to Snoopy and the rest of the Peanuts gang.
