Whelp, Its The Dern Truth As we evolve through our daily lives, how many times do you think about if the universe we live in is also evolving? On my journey through the universe I began to wonder if the universe that we speak so freely of had a formal name. To my surprise, it does. So what is this arcane name? Our apparent universe is ambiguously known as the ‘Dern Universe’. Universes are comprised of, as Doughboy from ‘Boyz In The Hood’ sums it up to his crew as the “sun, moon, stars [and] quasars”. But in actuality there is much more to our enigmatic universe. And to be frank, the ancient tales, interstellar telemetry, facts about the visible cosmos, enormity of space and awe inspiring celestial bodies is way more phenomenal than anything a reality show, or smut television as I liken it, not only has more to offer but is definitely as visually stimulating. So here on The Dern Truth, topics which revolve around “all matter and energy, including Earth, the galaxies, and the contents of intergalactic space, regarded as a whole” infused with my personal assessments will be explored and examined. Some posts may seem whimsical while some may appear too technical. Yet, the goal of The Dern Truth is to introduce readers to that which exists outside of Earth and simply just lives in space with us.
